All digital products available on DigiProductLand are subject to the following licensing terms:

1. Personal Use License

• Permitted Uses:

• Restrictions:
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the product files is prohibited.
  • Modification of the product for redistribution is not allowed.

2. Commercial Use License

• Permitted Uses:

3. Extended Commercial License

• Restrictions:
  • Redistribution of the original product files remains prohibited.
  • Use in on-demand services where the end-user customizes the product is not allowed without additional licensing.
  • Any use that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of DigiProductLand or third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Private Label Rights (PLR)

• Permitted Uses:
  • Modification and rebranding of the product for resale.
  • Integration into other products or services for commercial distribution.
  • Claiming authorship after significant modification.
• Restrictions:
  • Redistribution of the product without modification is not allowed.
  • Use in illegal or unethical projects is prohibited.
  • Resale in a manner that directly competes with DigiProductLand's offerings is forbidden.

5. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

• Permitted Uses:
  • Resale of the product to end-users.
  • Granting resell rights to customers.
  • Inclusion in membership sites or bundled offers.
• Restrictions:
  • Modification of the product is not permitted under MRR.
  • Use in spam or misleading marketing practices is prohibited.
  • Redistribution on platforms that violate DigiProductLand's terms is not allowed.
